Closed beta

Bloom is in closed beta and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn, and access is by invitation. We do not promise that Bloom will be uninterrupted or error-free during the beta.

Your account

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Use one personal account, and provide accurate information. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Bloom.

What Bloom does

Bloom helps you find work: it builds a profile from what you tell it and your CV, searches public job listings, assesses how well roles fit you and explains why, looks up information about employers, tailors your CV to a role, and helps you prepare applications.

Your content

You keep ownership of your profile, CV and the materials you provide. You grant us permission to process them in order to provide Bloom to you, as set out in our Privacy Notice.

AI outputs: please read

Bloom uses artificial intelligence. Matches, fit scores, explanations, tailored CVs and drafted application answers may contain errors, omissions or bias. Review everything before you rely on it or send it to anyone. Bloom is a tool that assists you; you make the final decisions. Bloom is not a recruitment agency or employment agent, and does not guarantee interviews, offers or any employment outcome.

Job listings and employers

Job listings and company information come from public sources and third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability, or for the conduct of any employer.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse Bloom or attempt to disrupt or breach its security.
• Do not upload personal data about other people that you have no right to share.
• Do not use Bloom for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altronis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for employment decisions or outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or the beta closes.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; we will change the date above, and continued use means you accept the update. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
